DELIVERY INFORMATION
All order placed before 2pm that are in stock will be dispatched same day. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery service you choose. All Parcel Force orders require a signature upon delivery. Custom wheel builds are built same day but please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
CHOOSING A DELIVERY LOCATION
At Seventies BMX we know how annoying it can be to miss your delivery so we offer both home delivery and also ‘Click & Collect’ options. Delivery to your local bike shop is incredibly easy with our post code finder tool and it’s also FREE so you save on postage options. On most first orders we will only send order to the registered address of the card holder, this is standard practice for fraud prevention. If you wish to have your delivery sent to a different delivery address to where the card is registered this is possible, simply fill out the ’New Delivery Option’ at checkout. Typical place to have your parcel sent are a neighbour, workplace or parents.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item is currently out of stock and you would like to still order it, we will send it out as soon as it’s available free of postage charges. The estimated delivery time for these products will be stated on the product page when you order, alternatively you can contact us and we will be able to advise you on a re-stock date. Occasionally products are discontinued or orders from our suppliers may be cancelled, if this happens we will contact you and refund you in full.
MISSING, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All queries regarding missing or damaged items must be made by phone within 2 days of delivery, followed up in writing within 7 days of receiving the order, please contact us vie phone or email before returning any item.
WARRANTY

All products we sell are covered by the manufactures warranty, please refer to their website for specific terms & conditions. All warranty claims are dealt wth on a case by case basis as details will be unique to every customer in every case. When contacting us regarding warranty issues please send include as many pictures as possible.
90 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Seventies is committed to customer service and offer a no hassle ’90 days return policy’. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, have ordered the wrong size or simply change your mind we are happy to have the product returned or exchanged providing the product is in ‘As New Condition’. This means the product has to be in it’s original packaging and accompanied with a valid receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. This return policy excludes custom orders like custom built BMX bikes or wheels.
We advise all customers to use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for returns. Please request a proof of postage and a tracking number so we can trace your order and also pack your order in a similar condition it was sent to you to avoid damage. Once an item is returned to us we will check the item for damage, once all checks have been made we will credit your account or refund your payment option. All exchanges will be sent out as soon as possible and postage costs will be covered by Seventies BMX.
